Export Exchange server users to CSV file
Method 1: Using Exchange Admin Center
Sign in to the Exchange Admin Center:
- Sign in to your Exchange Admin center with your admin credentials.
Navigate to recipients:
- In the Admin Center, ‘recipients’ section on the left panel.
- Click ‘More Actions’ and select ‘Export data to a CSV file’.
Export Users:
- Select the columns data you want to export and click the ‘export’ button.
Download the CSV:
- The list of active users will be downloaded as a CSV file containing details like name, email, and other user attributes.
