Connect using individual user credentials using CSV file

  1. Connect to your Exchange server using user credentials with a CSV file

    To migrate multiple users with user credentials CSV file, you can either Connect to 'Specific User' or 'Connect to Hosted Exchange Server' and select the mailbox-type then click 'Next'.

    This option is useful for 'Multiple User Migration' Wherein the login user doesn't have the 'Impersonation Rights' as well as 'Full Access Permission'. You can perform Multiple User Migration using respective email addresses and passwords for each user in a.CSV file.

    In the next wizard, you need to select one of the options to connect to Exchange server.

    Choose 'Connect Using Autodiscover Email' and click 'Continue'

    Select 'Multiple User Migration using CSV file' option.

    To perform multiple users migration, fill the email addresses and passwords for each individual user to a CSV file using 'Multiple User Migration from CSV file'

    Download the Sample CSV file:

    Step1: Click the 'Download Sample CSV File' button to download the MultipleUserList.csv file

    Step 2: Edit the MultipleUserList.csv file and add the required details such as email addresses and passwords

    Step 3: Click the 'Browse CSV File' button to load the modified 'MultipleUserList.csv' file

    Loads the mailboxes successfully from the CSV file.

    Use Default Connection

    You can also select Default Connection option to connect Exchange Server and then click the continue button.

    In the next wizard, you need to enter the Exchange Server Domain Name and the Exchange version. Then click the Continue button.

    Exchange User Login

    After entering the appropriate credentials, you will have the option to load the mailboxes from previously stored list to which you can either choose yes or no option. If you choose yes then it displays the list of mailboxes.

    If you have chosen ‘no’ option then the application gives the below options to load the mailboxes.

    Select 'Multiple User Migration using CSV file' option.
