Connect Exchange Mailboxes Using CSV User Credentials
To migrate multiple users using a CSV file with user credentials, choose either 'Connect to Specific User' or 'Connect to Hosted Exchange Server', select the mailbox type, and then click 'Next'.

Then select 'Multiple User Migration Using CSV File' option
This option is helpful when the login user does not have Impersonation Rights or Full Access Permissions. It allows you to migrate multiple mailboxes using the respective email addresses and passwords provided in a CSV file.
In the next step, choose one of the following methods to connect to your Exchange server:
Choose 'Connect Using Autodiscover Email' and click 'Continue'
Select 'Multiple User Migration From CSV File' option.
Click ‘Multiple User Migration from CSV File’
Click the ‘Download Sample CSV File’ button to download the MultipleUserList.CSV file.
Open the MultipleUserList.csv file, enter the required details such as email addresses and passwords, then save and close the file.
Click the 'Browse CSV File' button to select and load the updated MultipleUserList.csv file into the application.
You can also choose the Default Connection option to connect to the Exchange Server.
Select ‘Default Connection [Connect using Domain name or IP address]’ to establish a connection to the Exchange Server.
Enter the Exchange Server's IP address or domain name, select the Exchange version from the dropdown, and click ‘Next’ to continue with the connection.
After entering the appropriate credentials, you can either click ‘load mailboxes from a previous list’ or select Multiple User Migration from CSV File to proceed.
Click the ‘Download Sample CSV File’ button to download the MultipleUserList.CSV file.
Open the MultipleUserList.csv file, enter the required details such as email addresses and passwords, then save and close the file.
Click the 'Browse CSV File' button to select and load the updated MultipleUserList.csv file into the application.
