Migrate Legacy Exchange server to latest Exchange 2016 or 2019

Migrate your Exchange mailboxes from Exchange 2007 to 2013, from Exchange 2010 to 2016, or from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2019 with the EdbMails. It supports all the cross forest and cross domain migration requirements. No involvement of intermediate Exchange version for any Legacy Exchange migration to newer version of the Exchange server.

Migrate Legacy Exchange to Latest Exchange

The various scenarios that EdbMails supports for Legacy Exchange to Latest Exchange migration are:

  • Directly migrate mailboxes from any legacy Exchange to latest Exchange server
  • Single hop migration between any two Exchange servers
  • Upgrade Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2016
  • Migrate Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016
  • Migrate Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2019
  • Migrate Legacy Public folder to latest Exchange server
  • Migrate the mailboxes between any two AD forests

The major drawbacks with the native solution are that two Exchange Servers cannot coexist within the same Active Directory forest. Here, migration needs two steps:

In 1st step, need to migrate the data to a intermediate Exchange version with in which target server and source server coexists. Then need to decommission legacy source server, Example: Exchange 2007, Exchange 2010.

In the 2nd step, migrate the mailboxes from intermediate version to the target server and decommission the intermediate Exchange Server.

With the EdbMails, perform single hop Exchange migration, when the migration requirement is from Exchange 2007 or 2010 to Exchange Server 2013, 2016 or 2019 without the Exchange server downtime. You can access your mails, send and receive mails as usual even though the migration process is running in background.
