Invalid user or password
Problem:
Invalid user or password. This error is due to invalid credentials.
Solution:
- Try to log in to OWA with the appropriate credentials.
- Ensure that the email address is primary SMTP address for the end user.
- If you are using admin credentials, verify that you can login to the end user mailbox.
- If you are using admin credentials ensure that admin account has sufficient rights.
- Check authentication settings.
