Is there any size or speed limits for the migration?
No, EdbMails doesn’t have any size or speed restrictions for OneDrive migration. However, keep in mind that Microsoft EWS API can limit the migration concurrency. Other factors that affect speed include type of data being migrated, hardware configuration of the source server, throttling policies of the source server and target server.
Does EdbMails support Multi-Factor Authentication in Office 365?
Yes. EdbMails OneDrive migration tool supports Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). Enter the app-password to connect Office 365 server which provides an addition security.
Does EdbMails support automatic mapping of source and target OneDrive sites?
Yes, EdbMails OneDrive migration tool supports automatic mapping of source site with the corresponding target sites. For this, select the ‘Map sites automatically’/ option in the popup window.
EdbMails does Incremental Migration. Is there a need to migrate a particular OneDrive site from the same computer during consecutive migration for the incremental check to be effective?
Yes. To verify the already migrated data, EdbMails keeps certain metadata details (not the entire OneDrive site details) on your computer in an encrypted format. This metadata details are used for incremental check during migration. Hence, once you migrate a OneDrive site from a particular computer, during consecutive migration use the same computer to avoid duplicates. However, other OneDrive sites that are not been migrated from this computer can be migrated from any other computer in parallel.

Can I continue using the Source OneDrive after migration?
Yes. The source OneDrive site can still be used, as EdbMails does not alter the contents of these sites during migration. You can even migrate the new items that are created in the source server to the target server using EdbMails incremental migration without performing the full migration once again.

How fast I will receive the KEY after purchasing EdbMails license?
EdbMails does not require any separate KEY to use the application after purchasing the license. That is, your account will be automatically upgraded to the type of the license that you have purchased. You need to download and install the application and login using the EdbMails account credentials (E-mail Address and password) that you have created during license purchase.

Migration License

I have purchased 100 user licenses for OneDrive Migration. How does the license work?
EdbMails only counts source OneDrive sites that are actually considered for migration.
For Instance:
https://domain1.OneDrive.com
https://domain2.OneDrive.com
https://domain3.OneDrive.com
If you migrate above 3 sites to any destination server (with different domains) for any number of times (for lifetime), EdbMails only counts number of sites used as 3.

How does EdbMails SharePoint site migration license work?
OneDrive migration license works based on how many sites you want to migrate. That is, if you want to migrate 200 sites to a different domain, then you just need 200 OneDrive site licenses. And you can use these licenses to migrate same sites repeatedly for lifetime.
How many licenses I have used for my OneDrive migration?
1. Navigate to the 'General' tab from the left pane of the OneDrive Migration window, then click the 'License Usage' tab as shown in the screenshot below:
2. You'll find a list of sites already utilized for migration along with the count of total purchased and used licenses.
3. Furthermore, you can use the search bar to locate a specific site and check if it has been used for migration.
What if I need license to migrate more OneDrive sites?
