Login to your Hosted Exchange account

The below steps will guide you to connect to Hosted Exchange Server using EdbMails:

Migrate single user mailbox
Migrate multiple user mailboxes

Connecting hosted Exchange server to migrate single user mailbox:

Select the options ‘Hosted Exchange Server’ and ‘Connect to Mailbox (es)’

Select one of the options to connect Hosted Exchange Server

Enter the credentials and click the ‘Login’

Select the ‘Single User Migration’ option and click the ‘Continue’

Application loads respective mailbox.

Connecting hosted Exchange server to migrate multiple user mailboxes:

Select the options ‘Hosted Exchange Server’ and ‘Connect to Mailbox (es)’

Select one of the options to connect Hosted Exchange Server

Select the ‘Multiple User Migration Using CSV File’ option and Click the ‘Continue’

Click the ‘Download Sample CSV File’, add the multiple mailboxes details and click the 'Browse CSV File'
