IMAP to Exchange Migration

Use your IMAP server details to connect to it using the EdbMails application and subsequently perform direct migration to Live Exchange Server. EdbMails will allow you to map mailboxes between the source and target server either automatically or manually.

Automatic mailbox mapping

EdbMails will match the source and destination server mailbox names for a nearest matching and automatically map the mailboxes, thus saving time when performing large scale migrations. You can also map the source IMAP mailboxes to requisite target server mailboxes manually as per your liking.

Gmail to Exchange

Migrating all your mails from Gmail/ G Suite to on-premises Exchange Server has never been more easier thanks to EdbMails. All your labels present from the Gmail/G Suite mailbox will be migrated as folders to the destination server.

1:1 copy

EdbMails will create a 1:1 copy of source server mailboxes in target Exchange server without anything being left behind. All the mail properties and attachments present will also be migrated flawlessly.

Maintains the Folder Structure

EdbMails IMAP migration tool will not alter the source IMAP mail system folder structure in anyway. Thus, you will have the exact same folder hierarchy as the source server in the destination Exchange Server after migration.

No outlook dependency

There is no need to have MS Outlook installed on your system for performing IMAP server migration to Live Exchange with EdbMails. Thus there is no Outlook dependency.

Filter Operation

You can set various include/ exclude filtering parameters for the migration operation to migrate only those mail items that you require. For example, you can use Subject, sent dates, Attachment name, from and To address based filters.

Metadata Recovery

Every mail item will have its own unique metadata. All the metadata items such as headers etc will be migrated to the target Live Exchange Server mailboxes as it is, without any modification whatsoever.

Hosted Exchange Migration

Migrate from hosted Exchange environment to Live Exchange Server using the IMAP credentials of users. This negates the need for admin credentials as you can generate a CSV file and perform the migration in one-go for all users.

Supported Exchange versions

EdbMails supports migrations to most Exchange versions such as Exchange Server 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 and the latest Exchange Server 2019.
